Looking for a pin some kind on and around door nob (for cranking window up/down) but find nothing. I wound like to take the door nob out to repair the door lock. Thank you.

sounds like your talking about the inner window crank handle(manual). right? then you need a tool just for this. every automotive tool supplier has this tool in stock. its called a inner door handle tool remover. the tool looks like a flat piece of metal form like a u at the bottom with usually a step at the bottom that inserts from the inner door handle aganist the inner door handle and the handle facing the arm. usually about 20 bucks.
