My son purchased a motorcycle and paid cash for it. The seller was to take the money and pay off his loan and send him the lein release. My son has not received a lein release from GE money Bank Honda division for him to title the bike which he has now had for 4 months. What action can we take against the seller. We have the title.

Answer

You can pursue the seller via a civil suit, arguing that the terms of an (what I assume was) the oral contract between the seller and your son required the seller to deliver clear title to the bike.
