Can you tell me anything that a reasonable owner should be prepared to repair in the next 90 days under normal easy driving conditions. (commuting on the hwy 60 miles a day and driving 200 miles once a week.)

I live in Raleigh NC which I assume is about 3 hours from where you are and so I am trying to gather enough details so that I can know whether or not this is a likely match for me before I spend 6 hrs driving there and back and your time as well If I were to come up to see it and drive it etc.
A deal breaker for me would be if the engine is not a 240 engine or if there was no A/c whatsoever. It is ok if it doesn't work completely well, but I need to know that the components to rebuild the a/c are there.

What else should I ask?
