Already Tried:
talking to the bank tonight when I found out my acct had this money just taken out. They gave me their legal department to speak to someone tomorrow am when it's open.

Answer

If they recieved a writ with a judgment they must comply and the bank does not have to give you notice before they comply. But the person who was issued the writ should have given your proper noticet that they were seeking the judgment and writ so that you could dispute it.
