Question

an affidavit of forgery was filed but later recanted. however, the affiant refuses to file an ammended affidavit to correct the issue. I am subject to bank garneshments etc.. The banking institution has been tolerant on my behalf, but I know it isn't going to last. can I seek fraud,defamation, or mental anguish in the amont of what the bank seeks to collect,

Already Tried:
Iv'e contacted the affiant by phone, visited his home, and submitted a letter drafted by the banking institution, giving it to hom personally. he refuses to comply. Futhermore his affidavit was notorized by his wife,and she signed his name in the (affiant) space where he should have.
