Sadly, your daughter may have no legal obligation to reimburse you for the monies spent absent a written agreement to do so. Most agreements involving real estate must be in writing to be enforcable.
It is unfortunate, but absent your daughter voluntarily agreeing to pay the money from the sale, you cannot legally compel her to pay you.
