Question

Im a salaried employee and was expected to work 43 hours a week and now its been increased to 45 but now upper management is saying 45-50 whatever you gotta do and i have to meet a labor model but now they want me to be under 3 hours from that and if i have to work more than so be it. is this legal? shouldnt they have to pay overtime?

Salaried employees are not subject to regulations regarding overtime.
