I under stand how to do the graph my problem is how to answer the question in words. In others word how do I explain my answer in writing, I have the graph done already but explaning it is very hard for me. Do you have suggestions.

Yes it might help but I am trying to write to full pages and I am having a very hard time from what it said. I read that same answer some where else I believe. I will accept the answer bt I thought I could get some more feedback on how to word it in detail. Thanks
