Question

My daughter purchased a new condo in July. In her contract, she was promised a new refrigerator costing up to $900. The day she moved in, the refrigerator did not work. Is it the seller's responsibility to rectify that situation?

Answer

If it is in the written contract, of course it's the seller's responsibility.

If the sellter doesn't follow through your daughter should take the seller to Small Claims Court. If you let me know your daughter's state (I can't see it on my screen) I can provide info.
