The petitioner is the former Director of the parent corporation who is seeking a declaratory judgment recognizing him as continuing to be the Director of the parent corporation. I am the respondent, who ousted petitioner as Director of the parent corporation. I want to subpoena the manager of the subsidiary corporation to testify at trial. Does the subpoena jurisdiction cover the manager of the subsidiary corporation?

Yes. A subpoena covers any subject matter, the only restriction is distance.
