have bank account w/girlfriend she was served with a writ of garn,nonperiodic [credit card july2005, time passes no action on order takes effect wage taxes checking ect.. may 3rd 2008 gets served with writ order again from old employer national city bank order is nonper garn disclosure #2 box a checked? she has been making 120.00$ payments [25.00 per new job weekly without being late with this debt, creit collector has accepted and cashed all corraspondents personal checking payments the over the phone agreement took place dec 07 and thats wene payments were issued wkly. out of nowhere yesterday a teller check was presented to collection company for 810.00 leaving our checking account with 01. at this time we had threw our bank set certian debts to be payed out several checks went out and last night checkingis know325.00 overdrawn is this legal? i opened this account years ago and as of last year put her name

Yes it is legal. If her name is on the account it can be garnished for her debt if there is a legal order that gives them permission to garnish.
