I = 700W/H^2 = 700(173)/69^2 = 25.436 (please round this one according to the question. If it says round to the nearest tenth then the answer is 25.4. If it is hundredth then the answer is 25.44. If it is thousandth then the answer is 25.436 or if it says round to the nearest whole number then the answer is 25)

700W/H^2 < 25
700W/69^2 < 25
W < 170.036

Please round the answer according to the question as I described above. Or tell me what it says and I will round it for you.
