Welcome to just answer,

Neural formina are present between two vertebra and spinal nerves comes out of these forminas.

Foramina marrowing occur commonly due to degenerative changes of spine.

Due to narrowing there is compression of nerves and result is symptoms like pain and tingling numbness.

You need to do Radiographs and MRI to diagnose exact disease.
