Accepted Answer

Dear Catherine,

A kitten gains about a pound a month (average) so if he is a lb and a half he is six weeks + or -. If he weighs 2 lbs he is 8 weeks. As long as he is eating and pottying fine he will make up to his nomal size within a week if he is smaller now.

May God bless you for taking him in.

If you need anything along the way, I will always be here for you.

Sincerest best wishes,

Terri
