Hi,
To be honest there are a lot of good integrated Antivirus/Antispyware packages available from a multitude of vendors, However Norton Trend and McAffee are still the best choices, In my personal opinion Norton makes a very well rounded package that is easier to use and configure than most, Again though that is my personal opinion.
Both can be downloaded from the manufacturer, Norton here http://store.norton.com/v2.0-img/operations/symantus/site/promo/pd/503592_new3up/3up_newheader.html?sticky=45
McAffee here http://us.mcafee.com/root/landingpages/affLandPage.asp?affid=101&lpname=14229&cid=39618&siteID=qBNKlhsBsB4-XGKozsVJGX3XvNwxGWpKfA
Trend Micro can be found here http://us.trendmicro.com/us/products/personal/
Before installing anything you may wish to perform a full system scan to make sure your system is clean by going to http://www.ewido.net/en/onlinescan/

Ok,
Your fire wall that is built into your router is a limited unit, This article from Chron.com should explain the differences to you http://blogs.chron.com/helpline/archives/2007/08/hardware_vs_sof.html
If you still do not wish to install a software firewall then any complete package can still be installed without the firewall component by choosing Advanced or Custom from the installer menu.
