Optional Information:
Age: 46; Female, United States
Already Tried:
protein diets
releana is not an approved medicine for weight loss by FDA. it has not been researched extensively to look at the side effects.. since it is not approved.. I don't recommend it . best is to watch the diet and exercise or use the medicines which are FDA approved with your doctor permission.

Maybe I need to reword the question. I don't want to take anythig that would cause swelling in the stomach. Does releana cause swelling? I know that some diets have you take pills that will swell in your stomach when you add liquid.
since its not tested humans ,... i am not able to answer that question . The use of Hcg meds like releana is banned in US since 1974 as it did not show any benefits in weight loss as comapred to placebo. According to the website .. it is a liquid and not tablets .. so it wont swell when added liquid see the website for detailed info

Again it is not approved and should nt be used with out your doctor consent.
