what happens if a person files false police reports on alleged forgery, and numerous other police reports that were cold case and all had no further investigating? On the forgery he said he was unaware of me cashing a check and he just found out about the check in 2007 when he documented his knowledge of the loan on the finacial affidavit which was filed and noterized throughout our divorce almost 4 years previos He also threatend me through my attorney that if we took him back to court he would file forgery I waited 3 years filed contempt, won my case and he filed the forgery 3 days after the verdict on the contempt. I have been arressted and intend on pleading guilty and asking for a jury trial becausse he lied about numerous thing on digital recording as well as lieing about his knowledge of the check. Please Please help answer these questions. Can the felony arrest be dismissed because he lied? Can I use the letter from my attorney to prove he was using this against me for blackmai
