Question

I have been working for a company for about 4 months this is a new company that bought out another company is is from florida. I have been having my checks direct deposit and as of last week my check was direct deposit on Tuesday, than on thursday it was reversed and bounce everything in my account. Now this was all of the employees that work for him. My bank has taken out the bank charges for us which was $128.00. Everyone else has gotten their money but me. I tried calling again but no answers. I am out of a job because I walked out last week when this happen. This owner will still owe me for 3 more weeks. He has done this before to employees that has quite him, by the time they went to the Labor Board then he pays them. I also have not gotten any pay stubbs from him since I started direct deposit. So I don't even know what hes taking out. Can you please advise me on how I can get my money? Thank you
