i was served a subpoena deposition from south carolina and i live in texas. my question is can i get arrested for not showing up even though i didnt get served the officer left the papers at my parents house and i dont even live there?

they live in texas and so do i.

Unless the subpoena is from the federal government they have no jurisdiction over you unless they are trying to subpoena you to a deposition that is here in Texas and within 150 miles of you.
