my cat's right side starting from the jaw line to a little down the throat is swelled and full of fluid. could this be a bug sting or is something wrong ?

This could be an allergic reaction to an insect bite but it could also be a root tooth infection that is causing the problem.

You should see your vet for a good oral exam to determine the cause.
