My 8 year old female cocker suddenly has a very droopy right rear lip. Food collects there, mixes with saliva, and drops out the corner of her mouth. What would cause this? Can't see a vet until Tuesday.

If you touch the outside corner of her right eye, does she blink in response to the touch (try to come at the eye from around her head and behind, so that she does not see your finger coming)?
