do they have a # or a map that show where they go all of them from the loom

Answer

I am sorry I don't have any way of getting this to you. The best way to get them where they need to go is to lay the harness where it should lay and the connector closest to the sensor will be the one to plug in. If there is a connector that has the same plug than match up the color of the plug with the sensor.

all the plugs are black ?

Answer

Than we will have to lay the harness out in its original location and plug in the closest connector to the closest sensor.

will it affect anything if they are not conected properly

Answer

As long as they are in the right area it will be ok. If there are not than we will see what does not work.
