doesnt crank there is fuel as well looking to see if its a relay or fuse which 1 and where they are located

We need to start with the battery. If the car wont crank. Lets check the battery. Do any of the instruments light come on when the key is on? If so do they dim out when you turn the key over? Have you tried to charge the battery? Is the battery original? Let me know.

buddy itold u its not the battery i have a recent optima battery i also jumped it bright lights horn flashers all good its a 5 spd as well tell me more about fuses and relays

Lets jump the starter. under the diagnostic plug jump pin 14 and 11 if the starter engages let me know.

No they are pins under the diagnostic plug. This will tell us if we have an issue with the starter or need to check for a power issue.

No tester needed you can use a short wire or even a coat hanger. locate the pin number and bridge for a few seconds. Thanks

had a 2nd key that wasnt working so i been using the other i tried the spare and the car starts but the airbag lt goes on

Your airbag light may of come on since you had the battery out.

Yes you can have the keys reprogramed. the air bag light will have to be reset.
