In order to accurately assess you situation, we'll need much more information.
That said . . .
The fact that your attorney made mistakes will not change anything. However, If you are, or have ever been, in deportation (removal) proceedings, and the proceedings aren't yet over or are on appeal, your entire immigration situation is in the power of the courts.
Therefore, the judge has the power to effect the outcome of your case. Therefore, If you are already in removal proceedings, your application must be re-filed with the court and immigration judge presiding over your case, and you should seek a lawyer's help.
If you require assistance we would be willing to discuss your case further.
Again, we'll need much more information.
