I had a normal 7days peroid they 2 weeks later its back
when I have my peroid not now I was bleeding a little heavy during the night now spotty

Uterine bleeding at irregular intervals, particularly between the expected menstrual periods. is called Metrorrhagia in medical language .It can be due to variety of causes like hormonal imbalance , endometriosis, DUB , uterine fibroids, Polyp ,malignancy ,to name a few .In my opinion you need a Pelvic examination to assess the condition of the cervix and investigations like TVS Ultrasound for further evaluation .
