I am going to get my period soon- but i have some bad lower stomach cramps and pains- what should I do to deal with them? Especially since Im at work and just want to sleep.

When is your period due?
Does it happen before periods always or just this time?
Lower stomach means lower abdomen right?
Any vomiting, diarrhea or nausea associated with it?

Can you please explain little more about this complaint?
