Answer

Hello

All of the signs and symptoms you have described needs physical examination by gynecologist in order to confirm the suspicion.

It is not possible to comment on the conclusion on the net.

Cervical cancer in advance stanges can present with all these symptoms but it may stay asymptomatic in early stages.

To confirm the diagnosis, you should have gynecologal examinatin asap.

Regards

Accepted Answer

Hello.

Yes these symtpoms can occur in other situations

-Midcycle bleeding can occur with ovulation,

-Bleeding with intercourse can happen because of tear, lesion, ulcer, etc

-Lower abdominal pain could come up with uterine cramps, urinary system problem, intestinal problems like diverticulitis etc.

-Lower back pain itslef happens in mutiple coditions like pain in vertebra, nerves, spinal muscle spasm, renal system pain etc.

So all these symtpoms are non pecific for one particular disease. Thats why I suggested that it is extremely important to have gynecological examination in order to alleviate the doubt and make proper diagnosis , specially when concern of cervical cancer comes up.

Best Wishes for your health.
