Hi XXXXXXXXXX;
Most locks of this type can be opened by a piece of 1/8" steel cut in an L shape. The locks were not real high security and most were only a lever inside the lock. Something like a bicycle spoke will also work well as a lock pick for these type locks.
for more information on the subject please do a google search with "skeleton key lock picking" as the search term.

XXXXXXXXXX; If you have the information then you know what even a good locksmith knows. These are not that difficult to pick. You will need to do a little practical application of what you have learned to open the lock. If I were there I could do this for you. Unfortunatly I am not.
I can answer any questions you may have as far as what kind of material is best for making the lock picking device etc. but as far as applying that information that is completly up to you to do.
Best; THS
