Unplugged Fan connector for right radiator fan. Haven't tried anything else. Looking for guidence from a professional. Would prefer to fix myself - if possible.

OK, it is probably a stuck relay. I bought a wiring schematic of the system for your reference, I will post it. The schematic shows the system in detail. Check out the relays, fuses and grounds. It was exactly the problem. I tapped lightly on the relay and the fan turned off.
The diagram you sent was great.
