my son has been sick for 10 days with dizziness, night sweats, with a light cough when he talks. Has not been to work because of blurred vision. He was on a dose pack which hasn't seem to help.

Hello XXXXXX, my name is Melissa. I would like to ask a few questions, if that is ok with you. Has your son had a chest x-ray? If yes, what were the results? Has your son had a sputum culture? If yes, what were the results? Did he have any blood work, such as a CBC? If yes, what were the results? You said he has night sweats. Only at night, and is he feverish? What kind of work does he do? Is anyone else at his job ill, with the same kind of symptoms? I will be able to give you a better answer, with the above added information. he is an accountant and no one else has the same symtoms. he had blood work and chest xrays, xrays came back negative for pneumonia. bloodwork was redone yesterday. the doctor gave him another antib iotic of amoxicillian. the sweats happen at night time. he has blurry vision and runs a fever on and off of 100 to 102. i am with him now. he stills has a cough if he talks almost like he can't talk and breath at the same time
