Hi, I need an advice on how to help a stray cat. It keeps crying around my building ... not sure if anything is wrong with her.

I don't know how old she is. I've seen her around the building for quite some time. I talked with the apartment building manager couple of days ago and she said that this is a stray cat and that she recently had kittens that were taken away from her.

I've seen people leave food for her and I think she is eating. I'd like to help her and take her to a vet, but she won't let me approach her.

Aww the poor gal is most likely in heat again. Or she may have an infection.Or she is looking for her kittens. She should be spayed:

Borrow a safe trap from any animal shelter or rescue and trap her.Then you can have her seen.
