Answer

Hello, I would take a look at the ing. switch. Is this car an automatic? Does the key feel norman when cranking? does the key turn off all of the way? Let me know. Thanks

Hi Wesley,

It is an automatic and the key feel normal when cranking but it is a new key we had to have made because the old one broke off in the door. The key does turn to the off position and can be removed but the car is still running.

Any help you can give is greatly appreciated,

Natalie

Answer

It sounds like you have a ignition switch problem. You may have to remove the steering lock cylinder. Let me know if you need help doing this
