Hello Mary,

You may need to try adding an antiseizure medication or a pain killer during the day in an effort to "calm" the nervous system making it more difficult for the nerve cells to fire. This becomes a very complex problem that may take some trial and error to resolve as it sounds like you have become resistant to Mirapex. I would advise consulting with a neurologist for problem solving if you are currently being treated solely by your regular doctor.
