i have tried explaining to my supervizer that my pay is baised on book time and that my bills will not get payed by giving deals to people. i have told him that i didnt care what he charges the customer as long as he pays me what the book time is because that is how my pay is baised on
Answer
your pay should be preset on salary, hourly on commisions and previously disclosed. it can be increased without notice but not decreased. if there is a shorting in amount agreed upon, demand it and then contact the department of labor. hopefully a lawsuit wont be necessary
