Question

I have a manager who threatens my job if I do not change my attitude! According to my co-workers my attitude is in check. He just does'nt like the fact that I'm right on alot of things. He has no management training, yet I do, as well as my ex-wife informed me of the labor laws.

Optional Information

Beecher, Illinois

Already Tried:
To be nice, also that if he did not like my attitude, to change it for me,; phyiscally; but he backed down. And the owner of the shop has tried to speak with him, with negative results. This leaves me in a bad situation, in other words, they "starve me out" or I quit, seeing as I work on commission.

While we write back and forth, please keep in mind that I do not know what you already know or don't know, or with what you need help, unless you tell me.

There can also be a delay of an hour or more in between my answers because I may be researching the answer to your question, helping other customers, or taking a break.

I need the following answered before I can answer your question. Sorry - it's a little bit of a different process from sitting in an attorney's office.

Can you please tell me the specific legal question you would like answered today? Thank you so much!

I'll look forward to hearing from you,
