I''M TRYING TO GET BACK RENT MONEY FROM SOMEONE WHO LIVED WITH ME FOR 4 MOUNTHS. THERE WAS NEVER ANY WRITTEN AGREEMENT ONLY VERBAL,THIS PERSON WAS A FRIEND.IS THERE ANY THING I CAN DO WITHOUT A WRITTEN AGREEMENT ?

Yes, you can take them to small claims court. If you had an agreement for them to pay you to live in your property and now they will not pay...then you have a valid case. File a claim and pursue your money
