Question

I moved just 6 months ago to a decent apartment in Parma, Ohio. I like it here and I''m not planning on moving anytime soon. The problem is the apartment next door has an odor that is very annoying. The couple that lives there are senior citizens; one is in a wheelchair and has lesions on his leg. From my understanding the man is sick and the smell is coming from him. It has been sugguested to them that the man be placed in a home, but the woman doesn''t want that. Since then, they have a nurses aid visit everyday. Management has installed a ventilator and a door strip to keep the smell from coming out into the hallway. This has not worked. The smell is either in the hallway or coming thru to my apartment. Other people are complaining too. I feel they should evict them. This smell is really bad and could be a health code violation for the rest of us. I don''t want to move, but this may be my only choice! What are my rights? What can be done?
