Question
I suffered from what should have been a basic basil cell carcinoma. The dermotologist Iwas going to suggest the use of Aldera topical cream. He said the cream would attack only the cancer cells and leave the healthy cells alone. He told me it would be like a small sunburn.I agreed to the treatment. After being on Aldera for 1 week, I was starting to get small, very painful blisters around the side of my nose (where the basil cell was located). From there it continued to spread across the left side of my face. I have never experienced such pain. I had blisters and opens wounds on my face, my lips, in my mouth, and even my eyes. I do have pictures. As I continued to complain to Dr. Benjamin, he keep telling me it was doing its job. This led me to believe I must be "eatten up" cancer cells. I asked for something for pain, and he turned to his nurses and said "what should I give her?". The nurses said they never saw "such a mess". How can I complain against this Dr.?

Each state has an agency which licenses and monitors their doctors. It is called something like the Board of Medical Examiners. The control all grievances or complaints against doctors and usually have a website where you can file the complaint.
to find the one for your state run an internet search for "physicXXX XXcensing" and your state. If that doesn't give it try "physician complaint" and your state.
