While I cannot diagnose this over the internet there is a strong possibility that this is an anal gland abscess. While uncomfortable this is not a serious condition and is quite common in all breeds of dog.

Dog, cats, and some creatures like skunks have anal glands on either side of the anus, in the wild dog they serve to mark out their territory via scent. However in the domestic dog they serve very little purpose and occasionally they get infected and an abscess results.

Sometimes you see this as a bump but it may burst open and it then will look like a small abscess and discharge blood and pus. Treatment is usually a course of broad acting antibiotics and washing the affected area with warm salt water twice a day.

I am so sorry I cannot offer any home remedy here, given that antibiotics are required I can only suggest you visit your vet.
