the chevy malibu I previously bought will no longer start altouhg my brother just told me that for the theft system to be turned off there needs to be a code put into the cd player and if so were would i be able to get the code and possibly recieve it from you the "chevy expert"

cleaning batery terminals waiting several hours i hope that the theft system will automaticly shut down

The radio has its own protection from the car-the theft deterent for running the engine cannot be shut off
