Question

we have replaced master cylinder and break booster as well as all the callipers and rotors why cant we get breaks?

If the master cylinder was replaced, or the system open anywhere upstream of the hydraulic control unit, the abs system has to be bled with a scan tool. The unit will trap air that cannot come out with normal bleeding. The first thing that must be done is a forced bleed with a scan tool at a dealer or shop. If the brakes do not work I would not recommend driving it until it is fixed.
