i got accused of bringing marijuana into work, so my manager called the police and had them wait for me to return then tear my girlfriend''s car apart looking for it and since I''m on probation I could be getting into alot of trouble because of a rumor at work. I was wondering what I could do because I believe it''s harassment and slander and it questions my character and I would really like to do something about it

Because you are on probation, the cops had the right to search based on the statements by your manager. If they found marijuana, your probation can be violated.

On the other hand, if they found nothing, you won't be in any trouble with law enforcement. Rumors alone are not enough to violate your probation.

If the claim that you brought marijuana into work was just false, that would be slander, which is a civil wrong. Both your manager and your employer (the company) could possibly be liable for civil damages, which would be measured by both any monetary loss you suffered and damage to your reputation. You should discuss this possibility with a lawyer who has experience in defamation cases.
