my dog(2 yr old lab/shepherd) ate some aluminum foil last night with who knows what in it and has been thrown up 4 times since 7 am. I haven''t given him anything to eat today . He has peed and pooped this am

Hi,
If he ate a good amount he could have problems. Labs in particular are notorious for foreign body obstructions. Dogs that have things stuck often vomit profusly and have diarrhea. I would not feed him for 6 hours, and then try a bland diet. (boiled chicken and rice) to help pass the foil. IF he continues to vomit profusely as you describe, he will need to see the vet to access his potential need for surgery to remove the foil.
