my cat's left eye is not dialating and his left ear is down and he holds his head tilted to the left. the eye is dialated small not large

Answer

It sounds like might have a serious infection of the ear or even be suffering from vestibular disease. This can cause stroke-like symptoms in cats. They might have one sided paralysis, drool on one side or might even walk in circles.

You need to see your vet tomorrow.
