the radio # is 16805 i made mistake. just bought the van and i'm trying to get this working i know theres a code or some way to get this out of this HELP mode and rocking.

The only place that can help with this is the toyota dealer, the security code is locked out, a new security code has to be input using the radio number the original code has to be erased and a new one put in to make the radio work, there is no way around it, you will have to contact the toyota dealer and hopefully they can help.

Reply to ted ritter's Post: Hello ted i went to one of the dealerships in kalamazoo and was told theres nothing they can do, but a frend of mine that is a toyota service manager tryed to get the code/steps from the radio manufacturer but was not able to get them for my radio #16805

Ask your fiend ask around in the dealership if any of the techs have a sheet that lists this number and match it up with the code number, some dealers have this information, once that information is known the code can be reset. Let me know.
