car finallt died...changed alternater and had battery checked...all ok....but still wont turn over...what can i check next?.....1990 toyta camry

By"won't turn over" I assume that you mean the engine does not crank at all with the key in the start position, is this correct? If so, is there a single clicking noise when turning the key to the start position? Or does the engine crank but not fire up?

it is completly dead there is no clicking noise.

OK, thanks, just a couple of more questions and then I will try to have an answer for you. Do the headlights turn on? Do all the dash lights come on when the key is turned to the on position? Does the car have an alarm system or security system?

The headlights DO turn on, but the dash lights DO NOT. There is no alarm or security system.

Locate the fuse box under the hood, remove the top cover, check the large 80amp alternator fuse, it has a clear plastic cover on it, also check the 30amp AM2 fuse, let me know if that helped.

it is completly dead there is no clicking noise.
