As such there can be variety of causes of vaginal discharge like leucorrhoea , vaginal candidiasis etc to name a few .
Leucorrhoea is a condition in which there is a whitish discharge from the vagina resulting from inflammation or irritation of the membrane lining the genital organs of the female.
It often occurs normally, but if excessive may be a symptom of infection.
Leucorrhoea is a simple increase in the normal in the normal vaginal secretion.
Yeast infection can be a possibility .
A visit to a Obs/Gyn doctor should be considered for further evaluation and management .

ive had a total hysterectomy and it only happens after a bowel movement

Following differential diagnosis should be considered .
1) Vaginal yeast infection
2)Leucorrhoea
3)Recto Vaginal Fistula ( especially if there is presence of fecal matter or foul odour in the vaginal discharge)
4)White discharge can be formed due to yeast infection/ vaginal infections/leucorrhoea and strain due to passing of stools results in outward flow of the discharge .
Also there can be associated
rectocele .
