Hi, If she becomes lethargic or you notice blood in the stool or vomit, she needs to see her vet promptly. As this is a sign of serious illness including a parasite infection or a blockage among other things. This sounds like a case of upset stomach. You can self treat this at home unless any of the above symptoms start presenting.I would start her on a bland diet of boiled hamburger and rice to help settle her stomach.(1 part hamburger to 3 parts white rice) If she refuses to eat it mash it up and apply small amounts along the jaw line to force her to eat.
I am concerned with her becoming dehydrated as this is quite serious with dogs. I recommend giving her unflavored pedilayte to replace the electrolytes. If she refuses this as well you can use a small syringe to force fluids into her.
You can also give her One teaspoon of Pepto Bismol per 10 pounds of body weight for faster relief.Walter
