Question

I was injured with chemical burns while on the job. The company I work for paid for a Dr. visit and meds. They continued to pay me while I recovered. Am i entitled to any compensation for the extensive scarring on my legs?

Hello,

Thank you for your question. I am happy to assist you.

Your injury may be compensable under your employer's workers' compensation (WC) coverage.

You will need to meet with a local WC attorney to evaluate your case.

Typically WC attorneys give a free initial consultation. If the WC aattorney takes the case, they are typically paid by the WC carrier.

I hope that the information which I provided was helpful to you.

Best wishes for a successful outcome. If you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to submit them to me directly.

Thank you,
