Hi, doc here, GM expert. Here is the diagram. The horn relay is grounded bi the horn relay. either the relay or the horn is faulty. The horn relay is in the convience center, right side kick panel near glovebox. Pull the relay and try onefrom another area, maybe underhood fuse block has one similar. Try that and if not, horn is faulty.
